InVircible in Comparative Tests and in the Press

In a comparative benchtest conducted by the European VNU Labs, InVircible was selected as PCLAN’s Recommended Product .

In its September 1996 issue, PCLAN concludes: "In brief: An excellent product that allows you to break out of the cycle of paying for and installing endless updates for antivirus software."

"InVircible is something different among antivirus software. As soon as any of your files are infected by any type of virus then the change in file size, boot sector or loss of memory from DOS will be noted and you will be informed. You then have at your disposal a wide range of tools to perform a clean-up operation for a very reasonable price."

In June 1997, InVircible was selected again as recommended product, this time by Network Solutions: "A unique product with detection methods that do away with the need for regular upgrades. Sound knowledge of virus behaviour and hardware a necessity but the time and cost of administration can be cut dramatically."

"Another important advantage is that the signature allows the majority of infected files to be quickly repaired to their original state. Many products cannot do this and can only rename or delete a file leaving you to restore it from a backup copy."

InVircible was selected as the Editor’s Choice in comparative tests conducted for the PC Dealer Magazine, July 1997.
